We hear you! We will make a tailor made support plan just for you. With us you'll only be paying what you use. To make that possible, we track time worked for you by the minute. And the more time you need, the more cost effective it gets. We will usually support you remotely via TeamViewer which makes for a really quick response time from contact to support. It's so easy!
Rarely however, for instance when implementing new technology, a site visit can be required. We'll gladly come to your office if it's in the Rhein-Main, Wetterau and Hochtaunus regions and take care of everything.

We support all our customers remotely via TeamViewer. This offers a quick and cost effective way to solve about 90% of all problems and requests.
